I'll never forget his role behind the scenes in the firing of Willie Randolph, nor the time he reportedly ripped off his shirt and challenged members of the Double A Binghamton Mets to a fight. A major part of the dysfunction in the Wilpon era. Think he was Omar's close friend, but ended up making the organization look bad on multiple occasions.
